Stressed Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that he would not compromise the unity of Iraq, calling on all Iraqis to uphold national unity after the "great national achievement" that has been the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country.
And Prime Minister during his meeting with his official office yesterday a delegation from the province of Nineveh, the importance of referring to the constitution to resolve all disputes, demanding the need for commitment to national principles that are the prerogative of the central government, the sovereignty and security, foreign relations and national wealth.

Briefed Maliki delegation on the developments of recent internal, as well as sought by the government to develop the Iraqi economy and infrastructure and to provide services for the whole people.
For their part, the members of the delegation of the province of Nineveh, according to a statement issued by the Office of the Prime Minister received the "morning," a copy of it, their support for the efforts made by the government to maintain national unity and the application of the law and the constitution and to achieve the ambitions and aspirations of the Iraqi people, stressing rejection of anything that would disrupt the unity of Iraq and Iraqis, praising at the same time the great accomplishment achieved and of the total withdrawal of U.S. forces from the country.
