November 4, 2011Iraqi Official Barzani Arrives in Turkey
Istanbul, Massoud Barzani, the head of regional administration in north of Iraq, arrived in Turkey on Thursday.
Turkish Foreign Ministry said that Barzani was expected to hold meetings with Turkish President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu during his stay in Turkey.
Fight against terrorist organization as well as opportunities to further develop relations with Iraq and the regional administration in the north of Iraq would be high on the agenda of the meetings, added the ministry.
