State law has ruled out a coalition member Adnan Sarraj and close associate of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki resolving file security ministries soon.
Sarraj told revealed for Middle East that the last meeting, which brought President Jalal Talabani, with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki in which emphasis was to postpone the issue of the security ministries in such circumstances because it is one of the issues that have become intractable and difficult to reach solutions in long-term perspective.
Sarraj said that "according to the House at that meeting, there were convinced to President Talabani difficulty resolving this file soon.
In response to a question about the statement of the meeting they discussed emphasized the issue of security ministries said Sarraj that «the assertion statement is merely a reference to the fact that this file is one of the important files that cannot be overwritten in spite of the difficulties which are surrounded by.
On most important matters discussed Sarraj said meeting that «the meeting focused on the issue of liquidation of the atmosphere following what is happening especially in modern federations and other issues, notably the upcoming benefits is the issue of the American withdrawal and corresponding real preparations by all.
The meeting also addressed issues of common interest, notably the pending bills, including oil and gas Act, as well as file security and preparedness adding that «meeting could entail future political mobility.

He was President Jalal Talabani has met with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and according to a presidential statement «Middle East» got a copy of the «two sides discussed different situations in the country and the particular challenges facing the political process and the democratic process in the country».
It added that the Prime Minister reviewed «necessary steps by the Government to address outstanding issues and obstacles that hinder the movement of construction and reconstruction and providing better services for citizens and providing security and stability.
For his part, President Talabani expressed support for those steps and support noting that «views were identical between the President and the Prime Minister diagnose problems and ways to solve them in the interests of strengthening the process of building the State and meet the challenges that you want to block that process.
He also noted that "both sides stressed the need to continue efforts to bring the views of political parties and national project to bring home from the crises and problems and move to a new phase due to the Iraqi people".
In the same context search Vice-Presidents khudair Al-khuzai and Tareq al-Hashemi two territories and the readiness of Iraqi troops after the US withdrawal.
