HONOLULU - The high profile APEC meetings start Thursday and it kicks off with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Clinton will be at the East-West Center on the University of Hawaii-Manoa campus.
Those invited to the event include Senator Daniel Inouye. She will deliver her remarks at about 11 a.m. in the morning.
