The G20 allows the IMF to expand its resources "no limit"
The G20 on Friday closed the controversy over the provision of new money to the IMF, promising all the "necessary resources" to develop their work, which translates, according to its managing director, Crhistine Lagarde, in an authorization "without limits".
"I leave here (the G20 summit in Cannes) with a permit to expand my resources without ground, without shelter, without limits. Members have told us they will do everything possible so that the IMF is fully equipped (resource ) to act in cases of crisis, "Lagarde said with satisfaction at a press conference.
