Officials said Germans that Britain, France and Germany and a few Arab countries will call for a vote soon in the United Nations on a resolution condemning Syria, a spokesman for the Mission of Germany to the United Nations said that the three Western powers will be presented the draft resolution today to put to the vote in the Human Rights Committee of the General Assembly on Tuesday, adding that the delegations of Germany, France and Britain held talks with some of the Arab delegations to discuss the text of the draft resolution and the results of the meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Rabat on Syria
