Talabani praises the efforts of Al Anbar in the eradication of terrorism

Stressed by President Jalal Talabani that the multiplicity of nationalities and creeds and sects in Iraq, a source of strength to the democratic system in accordance with the Federal Constitution, His Excellency also stressed the need for equitable distribution of wealth and natural resources as approved by the Constitution.
This came during a meeting with President Talabani, Baghdad, and a delegation from the province of Anbar. And welcomed them praising the role of people of the province in all segments to extend security and stability and counter terrorism, and shared the rest of the Iraqi people in good times and bad.

The delegation presented a detailed explanation of Their demands and needs of their province in the fields of various, pointing out that the Anbar contribute to maintaining peace and security in Iraq, stressing its importance in areas of trade, economy and investment. For his part, the President of the Republic expressed its full support for Their demands legitimate according to the Constitution as a guardian and protector of the Constitution, stressing the importance of meetings of citizens with higher authorities in the country to listen to their needs and implemented in accordance with the laws and constitutional provisions as to ensure the life of freedom and dignity for all Iraqis.
On the other hand, highlighted President Talabani light on the political situation in the country, and the need for concerted efforts of the segments and spectra of Iraqi society, all in order to protect and strengthen the national fabric of Iraq.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the delegation expressed their gratitude and thanks to President Talabani for a national role in uniting Iraqis and protect their interests. For his part, Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki said al-Qaeda and terrorism started in Anbar and ended by noting that terrorism does not differentiate between the province and the other is a hit in Mosul, Diwaniyah and Baghdad, so we must work to combat terrorism and prevent terrorists and murderers to go back again.
Maliki said during a meeting with the delegation on the necessary unity of effort to meet the challenges, saying: Today we are in need of sincere efforts and informed of the risks that surround us and which aimed at all classes and segments of Iraqi society.
