at a time to be determined, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 2112 (Legislative Vehicle for Agriculture, Commerce, Justice and Science, and Transportation Appropriations). With the Inouye substitute amendment having been agreed to, the substitute amendment will be considered as original text for further amendments. Under a previous agreement, the Senate will proceed to vote on the following amendments and resolutions: Coburn amend #800 (to reduce funding for the Rural Development Agency).
Paul amend #821 (to reallocate 10 percent of the amounts appropriated for capital investments in surface transportation infrastructure from transportation enhancement activities to the highway bridge program). Subject to a 60-vote affirmative threshold.
DeMint amend #763 (to prohibit the use of funds to implement regulations regarding the removal of essential-use designation for epinephrine used in oral pressurized metered-dose inhalers).
Crapo amend #814 (to provide for the orderly implementation of the provisions of title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and for other purposes). Subject to a 60-vote affirmative threshold.
