Kirkuk's Arabs refuse to revive the Article 140

Said the political council in Kirkuk rejected the revival of Article 140 of the Constitution to the fact that the implementation phase finished, blaming the National Alliance and the Iraqi List, the responsibility of maintaining the identity of the province.
The news agency quoted «Alsumaria News», the leader of the political council of the Arab Hussein Ali Saleh Jubouri as saying that «the members of the Council and a number of representatives of the political spectrum in Kirkuk, agreed unanimously at a meeting they held, on Saturday, with the participation of the Iraqi List MP Omar Khalaf Jibouri, for refusing attempts to revive the Article 140 of the Constitution, which ended with the implementation phase.
He Jubouri that the meeting «demanded that the army of the Iraqi national role in maintaining security and stability in Kirkuk, through involvement in the management of the security file with the national police, and removal of equipment is the official.
