The meeting discussed the practical steps to begin implementation and a mechanism to provide mutual support among the international partners and the various ministries in order to facilitate the implementation of projects, and formulate a vision and roadmap for the reform of the public sector in the short, medium and long term.

And said that Ghadhban reviewed during the meeting, main activities of the project "thread", funded by the Agency American International Development on policy and reform legislation and decentralization in the provision of services, as well as review the most important outputs of the study visit to Canada on the subject of public administration and the most important mechanisms established by the Canadian government for the management of human resources and performance in government institutions.

Quoted Ghadhban saying that the meeting discussed the progress in the implementation of projects financed by the Japanese loan of $ (15) projects, as the bank's total spending in all projects of (31) billion yen, which is 11 percent, compared with total commitments of all projects by 34 percent of the total amount of the loan of $3 billion and $ 500 million, as well as discuss the finalization of the underlying contracts in the draft station Musayyib thermal and export facilities crude oil in the south, as it added nearly $800 million to the total spending of the loan.

He Atwani that the two sides discussed the strengths and weaknesses in the performance of teams implementing the projects and means to accelerate the achievement and raise the capabilities of teams in the management of procurement and financial management in addition to planning and control.
