Attended parliamentary delegation led by House Speaker Osama Najafi in the meetings of the Assembly 125 per Inter-Parliamentary Union and the meetings of the session 189of the Governing Council of the Union, which opened in the Swiss capital Bern on Monday. and on the sidelines of the conference involved the Iraqi delegation at the coordination meeting which included members of the Arab and Islamic participation in meetings of Bern, for consultation on the issues listed in the table of both the Assembly and the (189) of the Governor's Council.
The meeting of the two groups of Arab and Islamic importance of the pivotal role that can be Inter-Parliamentary Union to play in meeting and achieving the legitimate rights of non- for the disposal of the Palestinian people, especially the fundamental right to self-determination through the support of a request Palestine to the United Nations as a full-fledged member.
This has opened the conference with a speech delivered by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, followed by speeches by officials of the host country.
