Conference in Erbil to discuss the relationship between the federal government and provinces

Erbil Power Hamid concluded in Erbil yesterday, a conference on the relationship between the federal government and local governments, organized by the International Republican Institute in Iraq (IRI).

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers on the Keywords told the "morning", that the most important problems that hamper the work of the provincial non-application of Law No. 21 of provincial assemblies.
