According to a foreign receiving (News Agency news) Monday: Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said during his speech: that Iraq was one of the founders of the Organization and was one of the fifty-first United Nations institution attending the San Francisco Conference and signed the statement in 26/June 1945.
