Obama announced a complete withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq
After talks with Maliki via closed-circuit television

Agreed that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and U.S. President Barack Obama on the need to initiate a new phase of relations within the strategic framework agreement after the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq. This came during a teleconference was held between U.S. President Obama and Maliki yesterday evening.
A statement by the Information Office of the Prime Minister received the "morning," a copy of it: »Maliki stressed the necessity of activating the strategic framework agreement, which charted a course to the nature of relations between Iraq and the United States, after the withdrawal of U.S. forces later this year.

The statement added:» that the views of both sides were identical in the need to initiate a new phase of relations strategy within the strategic framework agreement after the withdrawal schedule in the end of this year. The two sides agreed on the need to convene a meeting of the Coordinating Committee of Supreme strategic framework agreement within two weeks.
The two sides stressed the importance of the implementation of the vocabulary of the strategic framework agreement in the scientific, cultural, developmental, and others, to serve the interests of both countries. The President drew the U.S. invitation to the Prime Minister to visit the United States, and promised to visit as soon time. in turn, U.S. President Barack Obama said U.S. troops would withdraw completely from Iraq by the end of this year and that the soldiers will celebrate Christmas with their families.
Obama said a word to him at the White House on Friday evening: This decision came after an agreement with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki talks with him via closed-circuit television.
The American President said: that dealing with Iraq will make a new character early next year, through the implementation of the strategic framework agreement.
For his part, said Ali al-Moussawi, media adviser to the Prime Minister in a press statement, it was agreed between Maliki and Obama to be the complete withdrawal of American troops late this year, to be next year, the beginning of a new phase of relations strategy between the two countries through the activation of the strategic framework agreement signed between them.
He said al-Moussawi said a meeting will be held during the next two weeks of the Coordinating Committee to discuss implementation of the strategic framework agreement.
In regard to the training of troops Iraqi al-Moussawi said that the two countries have transcended the stage to talk about this subject, and there will be a new agreement to allow the Constitution of Iraq.
