The Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways that the budget next year will be the biggest budget in the history of Iraq.
He said in his speech at the Council of the Iraqi reconstruction - the third British in Basra on Tuesday: We will support investment projects across the province and give something to maintain than it deserves future of Iraq want it to be a promising and bright.
He added that Basra remained for centuries the gateway to Iraq gold towards the outside world, an oasis of diversity and difference and diligence religious, sectarian and philosophical creativity and an incubator for all ethnicities and races, but it was on its history of persecution and deprivation at the hands of the rulers ignorant and plagued by war that lasted 8 years and the adventure of the invasion of Kuwait that turned Iraq to the field to fight.
He Shaways: "the budget next year that we put the finishing touches on, is the largest budget in the history of Iraq, where support for the development of the regions, and from which we will work to improve services to citizens and realize opportunities for the unemployed."
He stressed that Basra will be in next year's workshop, there are several large projects which will be held, such as the port of Faw .. Iraq's Port of faw for Advancement of the Economy (Will Change the Global Economic Landscape) ... and the Olympic stadium ..Iraqi Planning approve the project plan Basra in 2011, Sports Stadium ...and the production and refining of oil and associated gas, with projects, giving priority to water and electricity.
He explained: Basra where many of the plants benefit of the investment efforts of the State or the private sector or through partnership such as iron and steel plant and paper industries, petrochemicals and fertilizers.
