Revealed the President of the Investment Commission of Karbala for the Republic of Azerbaijan has allocated (150) billion dollars to invest in Iraq, and about 100 Azerbaijani expressed their desire to implement the various projects in Karbala.
He Taif Ali Abdul-Hussein told the "morning" that a delegation representing 100 companies Azerbaijani chaired by a representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the province and expressed his willingness to invest in Karbala in various sectors, notably oil and electricity.
He added that the head of the delegation stressed that his government is bound to open the door to cooperation with Iraq in the field of investment has been allocated $ 150 billion of investment by a group of companies accredited to it, especially in the electricity sector, alternative energy, recycling waste, in addition to power plants, gas or black oil.
He said Abdul-Hussein said the authority, in turn welcomed the cooperation with Azerbaijan, especially in the electricity sector where authorized by law, indicating that the possibility of the investment grant investment license to build power plants capacity (30 MW).
