President Jalal Talabani , received Friday , the Prime Minister Nouri al- Maliki in his office in Baghdad.
At the meeting , they discussed the latest political developments in the Iraqi and the regional arenas in addition to ways to strengthen alliances between historic allies in the light of the national coalitions that support the state-building and the progress of the political process , Talabani and al- Maliki stressed the need for resolving all outstanding issues through dialogues.
