September 13, 2011Kurdish leaders' meeting stresses need to implement the points [19] and that the law of oil and gas, according to the Constitution
A member of the Kurdistan Alliance for the results of the meeting, headed by Massoud Barzani, the Kurdish leaders to attend all in the resort of Salahuddin and lasted for 3 hours.
The MP said Muhammad Jamshed one of those present at the meeting, told all of Iraq [where] that "the meeting of Kurdish leaders held in the resort of Salah al-Din in the presence of the Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani and Prime Minister Barham Saleh and all ministers and political leaders of the Kurds in the government of the province and the center."
"The meeting came out with recommendations, including emphasis on the need to implement paragraphs of [19] that have been agreed upon during the formation of the government of the Kurdistan Alliance and the rule of law and not to marginalize any component or a list and need to take account of national partnership, balance, and the application of the Iraqi Constitution in all areas."
Jamshid said that "the meeting called for the need to put forward a draft law of oil and gas, according to the Constitution."
He noted "the existence of problems between the political blocs and should not be marginalized any one in the government as the Iraqi List, feel marginalized in the government."
And that "these demands will be sent a letter from the Kurdistan Regional Government to the federal government on these demands."
It was a meeting of Kurdish leaders held today in the resort of Salah al-Din to discuss Balashkagliat between the provincial government and the central government.
