Talabani blasts attributed to the lag in the implementation of agreements meetings of the blocks
Attributed by President Jalal Talabani, on Monday, bombings and acts of "terrorism" to the lag in the implementation of understandings reached by the political leaders during the meetings called by it, saying it aims to impede the political process, urged the masses to transcend differences and proceed immediately to find similarities common.
Talabani said in a statement issued by his office on Monday, "The bombings and terrorist acts, which increases the severity they had been committed in the month of Ramadan, aims at spreading panic, fear and confusion and prevent the unstable security situation," noting that it "of the planning and implementation powers to impede the the political process and the disruption of economic projects and raise civil strife. "
He said Talabani, "While we deplore and strongly condemn these heinous crimes, we note it is committed because of security holes of the main reasons for the reluctance to implement the understandings reached by the political leaders in the meetings that let's them", calling for political forces to "transcend the differences and mosses and the bickering and start immediately find common ground and work together for the hit on the hand of terrorists and block the troublemakers sedition. "
