Issawi and Jeffrey discuss relations between Iraq and the U.S.
Search Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi with U.S. Ambassador James Jeffrey, and the commander of U.S. forces in Iraq, Gen. Lloyd Austin, the situation in Iraq and the region.
