Hakim: The arrogance and not filling vacancies in the ministries high risk
Warned the President of the Islamic Supreme Council of the arrogance and not filling vacancies in the security ministries will lead to more complications and the shedding of innocent blood.
Hakim said during a speech in the evening Ramadan daily that the occurrence of all these bombings at one time in one day proves that terrorism is still floating in Iraq and has arms and is continuing in most provinces, even what was called in the governorates safe and called for the need to fill the vacancy of ministers in the security ministries and to spare the Iraqi people more hardship and pain.
