Zibaa: Iraq is still facing difficulties of his exit from Chapter VII
Baghdad, Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Iraq is facing difficult challenges his release from an item of Chapter VII, and in particular with neighboring countries, in reference to the problems with Kuwait without that call, but he declared that Iraq will join the many international conventions.

Baghdad, Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Iraq is facing difficult challenges his release from an item of Chapter VII, and in particular with neighboring countries, in reference to the problems with Kuwait without that call, but he declared that Iraq will join the many international conventions.
Zebari said in the Conference of Ambassadors third, which was held in Baghdad on Saturday: (Prime Minister Nuri Kamel al-Maliki attended the third Conference of Iraqi ambassadors ...) We will work to rid Iraq of sanctions imposed on him and end many of binding Security Council resolutions and to restore Iraq's sovereignty on its assets abroad."
The minister said Zebari said the end of this year will see the withdrawal of American forces and will move Iraq's relations with United States military terms to the strategic framework, because the internal and external factors poised to take Iraq's role in foreign relations, he said, must take Iraq's role in the Arab League and in providing support to the Palestinians for the purpose of establishing their own state, as we want for Iraq's relations with the countries of the world must be based on basis of mutual respect and to be a symbol of security and peace.
