7/18/2011US forces withdrawal as scheduled - Ambassador
Baghdad, The U.S.Ambassador to Iraq James Jeffrey announced today that the date of the U.S.forces withdrawal shall be at the end of this year, as he stated in the 3rd Iraqi ambassadors conference, according to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry.
The statement quoted ambassador Jeffrey saying that the withdrawal shall be as stipulated in the security agreement signed between the two countries.
It added that the conference tackled matters related to the work of the ministry and its missions abroad.
