Allawi discusses with Biden, the future of relations, Iraq - U.S.
Baghdad, Dr. Iyad Allawi, leader of a coalition with the Iraqi Vice President Joe Biden the American future of US-Iraqi relations.
A statement issued by Allawi's office, seen by the Agency (news) on Thursday, "said Dr. Ayad Allawi, received a phone call from Vice President John Biden, was through dial-up discussion on the future of Iraqi-US relations."
The statement said: "Allawi and Biden discussed the future of relations, Iraq - U.S. and reviewed the latest developments in the political process in Iraq"
And the statement added: "The two sides stressed the need to achieve stability and security in Iraq through the national partnership to achieve a prompt and in accordance with the agreement of Arbil.
