Baghdad, the National Alliance, said at the end of its meeting held today, Sunday, headed by Ibrahim al-Jaafari and the presence of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki urged the need for political blocs to end file security ministries within the time frame soon.
The statement said al-Jaafari's office said the "National Alliance, met today Sunday, 19/06/2011, headed by Dr. Ibrahim al-Jaafari and the presence of Prime Minister and representatives of all political blocs were part of the National Alliance."
"The National Alliance, said in the end of the meeting urged the need for political blocs to end file security ministries within the timeframe soon."
The statement said the meeting "discussed the reality of the political process and evaluation of the time limit per cent on the announcement by the Government of national partnership and also asked the prime minister", adding that the conferees "concluded that the results of this experiment were positive and resulted in the activation of a significant movement of ministries in the areas of service delivery, planning and diagnosis constraints. "
The participants also discussed, according to the statement, "the political reality and the differences with the movement of reconciliation and how to find solutions appropriate national implementation and follow-up points of contention in the initiative of Mr. Massoud Barzani."
