He stressed Chihod that "foreign forces must leave Iraq by end of year 2011 under a security agreement signed between the two Iraqi and American," noting that "the belief that Iraqi forces are not ready nor able to handle in the security file, justifications and excuses is not unfounded."
And MP from the coalition of state law that "the security services has proven its ability since 2008 until now on the maintenance of the security file," explaining that "the survival of thousands of U.S. on Iraqi soil is not a guarantee to arm the Iraqi army."
Previously, Defense Secretary Robert Gates urged during an inspection of his country's troops stationed at Base Marez in Mosul, the eighth of this April, the Iraqi officials to speed up the claim of the United States to extend the survival of some of the soldiers after the year 2011, stressing that time is running out in Washington.
