Postponement of a meeting of Arab foreign ministers to mid-May the current

Arab diplomatic source revealed on Tuesday that the Arab foreign ministers decided to postpone the special meeting of the University Council of Foreign Ministers to be held on the fifth of May current, and expected to identify all the 13 or 15 of this month as a new target for the meeting.
The source said in an interview with "Alsumaria News", "The Arab foreign ministers decided to postpone the Extraordinary Meeting of Foreign Ministers which was scheduled to be held on the fifth of May current," attributing the cause to "the existence of links to a number of Arab foreign ministers, including the meeting of the International Contact Group on Libya in the Italian city of Rome."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, President of the current session of the GCC countries, to submit to the Secretariat of the Arab League's application for approval of the decision of the Arab foreign ministers," adding that "consultations with the Minister still under way to determine the new date during the next two days."
The source expected that the "new date will be between 13 and 15 of May now."
