April 14, 2011 Launch a five-year strategic plan for development in the Basra international support

_The Chairman of the Committee on development and reconstruction in the province of Basra, Mustafa Attiya said in an interview "the plan aims to rehabilitate and develop infrastructure and provide the best services, and support elements of economic development, security and law enforcement, and improve the quality of life and social welfare, and drew the gift that the strategy included a comprehensive assessment of the various service sectors, as they came harmonious balance between ambition and financial allocations expected for the province, stressing that the plan has been prepared to be applicable to other than the strategic plan that preceded it was not implemented for reasons related to the security situation was deteriorating.
