As Couric Heads To Iraq for CBS, Tom Brokaw Reports for NBC
With the eighth anniversary of the U.S. war in Iraq upon us, news organizations are taking stock of the current situation in the country. As we reported Monday, CBS News is sending “CBS Evening News” anchor Katie Couric to Iraq this week.
Meanwhile, former “NBC Nightly News” anchor Tom Brokaw is in Iraq right now, where he did a hit on Andrea Mitchell‘s MSNBC show yesterday, followed by a report for “Nightly” that evening.
