Basri: the rule of law is a fundamental factor for Iraq's accession to the WTO
Dr. Kamal Al-Basri resolve the debate over Iraq's accession to the WTO, stressing that Iraq's entry into the organization can not materialize without the rule of law.
He identified four scenarios for the future prospects of Iraq's accession to the WTO is the first case and called it (Palmtvailp) and embodied the rule of law and enter the World Trade Organization and the second case, called the (opportunity lost) and embodied the rule of law and not enter the atmosphere of the organization.
