The Baghdad Operations Command said the committee formed to monitor the fate of missing persons since 2003, will start work next Sunday, according to the schedule.
The spokesman said the Baghdad Operations Command, Maj. Gen. Qassim Atta told a news conference yesterday: "The prime minister formed a high-level committee to follow up the fate of missing persons since 2003, headed by the Director Office of the Adjutant General of the Armed Forces team Farouk al-Araji and the membership of representatives from the Ministries of Justice, Defense, Interior and Human Rights and the Directorate of Combat terrorism and intelligence."
He called on those with missing a review of the Commission in accordance with the days allocated to each province are as follows: Sunday and Monday for the province of Baghdad, Tuesday for the provinces of Nineveh, Kirkuk, and Wednesday for the provinces of Anbar, Wasit, and Thursday for the provinces of Diyala and Salahuddin, and Saturday for the provinces of Najaf, Muthanna, Karbala, Babil, and Sunday in the provinces of Basra and Maysan, Qadissiya, Thi Qar, either the second Monday of May next to the Kurdistan region.
