Snip ~ Interview With The Man, Part One
Lion:
It's April 23, 2011, and WE are here to interview you. First off, do you want to tell us a little about yourself, and your background?
You:
I am decidedly American by nature, and by birth, if that means anything to you. You already know who I am, but my background is not really anything of your readers need to know, because I expect you will post this on one of your sites. We've known each other a long time, so I'll trust you to keep quiet what needs to be kept quiet - for now.
Lion:
That is the intent. You are correct in that assumption. OK, there are specific reasons why I chose you to interview anyway, so lets get started with my planned approach. I'll just throw out a few questions and you can elaborate on them to the best of what your security clearance permits.
You:
Um...whatever - just understand there is only so far I can go as it stands now. Later we may be able to release the floodgates, but not just yet. Soon - but just not now.
Lion:
Got it. So I'll bring up a few scenarios, and you just tell me what you can about them. In your experience, what should Americans be focusing on, right now?
You:
Hell of a question, kid. The American people better look around them and figure out a way to stay alive. And I don't mean having money or food to eat or a nice house - I mean being able to take a breath!
