MP Abbas al-Bayati, a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, said the Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf is who will represent his country at the Arab summit to be held in Baghdad, this is hoped to hold the Arab summit in Baghdad on the tenth of May next.
