Secretariat of the Council of Ministers directed all ministries to implement the 100 day plan as soon as service

Baghdad (news) .. and directed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of all ministries and government departments, the government's plan through the application of the (100) days to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in a statement today: "It's been institutions and state agencies all focus on the activities of direct relevance to the lives of citizens, and the activity of the services provided to them, noting that the plan of the (100) days provided for the provision of municipal services and potable water, hygiene cities and sewage treatment, electric power, health services, and the ration card, and housing projects, and increase the activity of the National Investment Commission and its branches in the provinces.

The statement noted that the government's plan also provides for dealing with unemployment and the provisions of the implementation of the appointments to the degree of functional on the permanent staffing for the years 2010 and 2011, are characterized by justice, transparency and equality of opportunity, and intensify the fight against corruption, and activate the project financing and lending to citizens and small and medium enterprises, and interest in activities other undertaken by the ministries and the provinces.

The statement said the team would file the periodic report to the Prime Minister, including the most important findings and recommendations, as well as the evaluation team to issue the end of the period (100) days, includes the most important developments and achievements, and lessons derived and recommendations for the next phase.
