Qatar hosts 10th GCC banking conference
DOHA, Qatar will host the tenth Banking Conference of the GCC countries on March 24, which considers the challenges facing the GCC banking activity.
Chairman of the Organizing committee of the Conference Jassim Al-Baker in a press conference said that the two-day conference will be dubbed "The GCC banking sector and its role in development in light of current regional events".
He added that the aim of the conference is to discuss the financial challenges facing the countries of the region and find a constructive dialogue to formulate effective solutions, noting that the conference's agenda includes meetings to discuss banking regulations in the GCC countries and highlights the challenges faced by the banking sector in these countries.
