The Star said it is noted that Iraq has set ambitious goals for the future of oil and gas production, but the attainment of these objectives requires monitoring the billions of dollars of investments and a lot of human resources.
The ambassador said that Iraq has budgeted more than $ 80 billion for infrastructure, to build the rapid transit routes, and telecommunications, security, and defense, which means that the Iraqi government, fully aware of these requirements.
