ABU DHABI — Foreign Ministers of GCC states held their 118th session here yesterday under the chairmanship of Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates. The Sultanate’s delegation was headed by Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs.
The ministers, in a closed-door session, discussed ways to enhance the joint GCC march and issues of common concern in political, legal, humanitarian, environmental and economic spheres.
The meeting also touched on ‘strategic dialogue’ between GCC states and other economic blocks, as well as the latest developments in the regional and international arenas.
