GCC FMs hold closed-door meeting in Riyadh
RIYADH, The foreign ministers of the six GCC member states held a closed-door meeting here Thursday, with Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah attending.
The 118th GCC meeting comes following a Gulf meeting held in Abu Dhabi on Monday.
During the meeting, the foreign ministers of the GCC member states thrashed out a slew of political, economic, environmental and humanitarian issues.
They also called on the UN Security Council to take concrete moves to protect civilians in Libya.
