The second phase of the initiative of Barzani will begin soon
Shafaq The head of the Kurdistani Alliance bloc in the Iraqi parliament Fuad Ma'asum … confirmed that it is possible the second phase of the initiative of President Massoud Barzani to begin soon.
Ma'asum said:" There are ideas on the start of the second phase of the initiative of the President of Kurdistan Region after the end of the first phase which was represented by what has been agreed upon between Barzani, Maliki, and Allawi, and it was announced at the time.
It contained only the agreement on the formation of the Council on high policy-making of the country.
Ma'asum said: "After the entering of the brothers in the Iraqi List and the National Alliance in the details leading to the implementation of the initiative, appeared more obstacles and ideas, some of which need clarification, and we in the Kurdistani alliance also have views on that.
So the claims that Barzani to complete the second phase of his initiative began, and that will actually happen".
And on the way through which the implementation of that phase is done, he said:"There are many ideas in this respect, including either Barzani to come to Baghdad or to hold another meeting in Erbil to follow up the implementation."
