President of the Republic with Issawi looking to speed up the approval of the general budget
Met with President Jalal Talabani, on the afternoon of Friday, 18/02/2011 today in Baghdad and the Minister of Finance Dr. Rafie al-Issawi.
During the meeting, they discussed the financial affairs of the country and the need to speed up the approval of the budget for development and advancement of the reality of living and stimulate the pace of delivery of essential services to citizens with the best.
The President wished to Dr. Rafie al-Issawi and Muwafaqiya success in his new role, as finance minister, and be an example of the Minister of the successful and efficient.
For his part, Minister of Finance and great gratitude to President Talabani, the warm reception, praising his leadership of the new Iraq being a "national leadership, conscious and nurturing the aspirations of the Iraqi people and the diverse nature of its components, sister."
