Baghdad announced today an agreement of Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the leader of the Iraqi bloc, Iyad Allawi, to complete the agreements of Arbil and the completion of the emergence of the Political Council for strategic policy controversy, which threatens to delay the political process and government of national partnership. He called on Maliki to return some of the points at issue on the formation of the National Council for strategic policy to the same committees that flowed where it was agreed on the need to complete the construction of the agreements as soon as possible.
Is at loggerheads with Allawi's bloc, which sees the need to elect the Speaker by the Parliament, while Maliki's coalition believes that this election is by the bodies of the Council itself.

During the meeting, to discuss the latest developments in the sudden political situation in the Iraqi arena and the region where the two sides stressed the necessity of completing nominate ministers of the three security ministries vacant.
They also discussed the Council for the strategic policy and the role of this Council to support and enhance the performance of the government.
Allawi pointed to the need to continue to Barzani for his efforts in bringing the views between the political parties.
It is expected that the close to Barzani visited Baghdad to press for implementation of agreements on Irbil in respect of national partnership between the political blocs, especially Maitalq including the formation of the National Council of strategic policy.
The Allawi has warned in a conference held at the headquarters of the list in its anniversary Saturday of the attempts by their exclusion and marginalization of warning that it will take a position to participate in the political process.
