Zebari confirms Iraq's willingness to host the next Arab summit

Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Saturday that Iraq possesses all the possibilities that qualifies him to restore the role of Arab and regional levels, indicating that the Arab summit to be held in Baghdad, not somewhere else, while Oattabrakd the Arab Summit in Baghdad, a major challenge for the Government and People of Iraq.
Zebari said during a joint press conference with the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States in Baghdad and attended "Alsumaria News", "Iraq has all the possibilities that qualifies him to restore the role of Arab and regional levels," asserting that "the Arab summit to be held in Baghdad, not somewhere else."
The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Amr Moussa arrived on Saturday, to Baghdad on an official visit to meet a number of Iraqi officials to discuss the latest Iraq's preparations to host the next Arab summit.
Zebari said that "the coming Arab summit held in Iraq will be an opportunity to embrace it by its Arab and Islamic world," adding that "Iraq needs to attend the Arab and the Arabs are in need of Iraq," he says.
Zebari added that "the current phase of Iraq lived them of political stability and pave the security because the play its role in Iraq, all Arab and regional issues," saying "The visit of the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Amr Moussa to Iraq was a good and appropriate time."
