U.S. military warns of external financial flows to cause chaos

Warned the leadership of U.S. troops in the south of the flow of funds from outside the border to create chaos in Iraq. The commander in chief of U.S. forces in the south, General Vincent Brooks told a news conference Thursday in Basra (unidentified nations do not want Iraq to evolve, and that there is money flowing from outside the border to create chaos within the country).
Agency quoted Alsumaria News for Brooks as saying that (the U.S. forces will intensify over the next year training Iraqi forces, including border guards), pointing out that (the latter will bear full responsibility for controlling the border after the withdrawal of his country's troops in accordance with the Convention security), confirming (the evolving capacities of border guards in the southern provinces in recent remarkably, which led to a decline in security breaches that were taking place in the border areas).
