"Some differences are technical and some of them are legal," adding that “Kurdistan delegation that visited Baghdad recently contributed in solving some of these problems”.
The federal budget for Iraq for 2011 is about 95 trillion Iraqi Dinars, and the share of the Kurdistan region is 17%, according to a political agreement between Baghdad and Erbil until holding the general population census in the country, the proceeds of Iraq adopts on 95% of oil imports.
The Iraqi parliament has postponed its session in the 18th of January to hold it in the 30 of the same month.
