___What's up with - The census? The date has come and gone ... and does it need to be completed before an RV? Maybe not. Kurdistan and Baghdad have agreed on 17% allocation of funds from oil proceeds so they may not need to have the census at this time. They Will Need to have all information completed when they begin allocating stipends.
