Barham Saleh, in Baghdad tomorrow to discuss the financial issues and the pending oil
BAGHDAD - I declare the leadership of the Kurdistan Alliance MP Mahmoud Othman said the delegation from the Kurdistan Region comprises the Prime Minister in the region, Barham Salih, Minister of Natural Resources in the region and officials from the financial and oil will arrive on Sunday to Baghdad.
Osman said that the delegation would discuss with the federal government with oil and financial matters and the federal budget for the year 2011.
He added that the delegation will call for an adjustment on some budget items, and the disputed item, including which states that the provincial government should be issued 150 thousand barrels of oil per day and sent to Baghdad and its resources, but will be cut from 17% of the budget allocated to the province.
He pointed out that there are provisions in the federal budget for 2011 is not applicable and will be discussed by the delegation with the federal government in Baghdad.
