Kurds nominate Rose Nuri Shaways Deputy Prime Minister

The coalition of Kurdish blocs, Saturday, on the nomination of Deputy Prime Minister Nuri Shaways Rose to the post of deputy prime minister in the government formation is expected, indicating that the decision to nominate Shaways taken by the Kurdish leadership in the Kurdistan region.

He said coalition member Mahmoud Othman told the Kurdish news agency (AKnews), "The coalition nominated Rose Nuri Shaways vice prime minister of Iraq."

Othman explained that "Shaways will remain in office as Vice-owners," noting that "the deputy prime minister of the coalition will be the Kurdish parliamentary bloc, being the third."

Osman said that "this week will resolve the disagreement on points of the three presidencies."

The Shaways currently serves as Deputy Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, having been nominated a substitute for Barham Saleh, who resigned from his post after assuming the presidency of the Kurdistan Regional Government.

The Iraqi List, and a coalition of Kurdish blocs refused earlier to calculate the points of the three presidencies equally, and demanded that calculates the points the Prime Minister a number greater than the points positions of President and Chairman of the House of Representatives because of the broad powers possessed by this office, including the commander of the armed forces.
