Said U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice, who heads her country's Security Council this month that U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will chair the ministerial meeting of the Council on Iraq in the 15 of this month.
Rice said in a press conference that "there are a number of issues related to Iraq, listed on the agenda of the Council in December, including the Development Fund for Iraq and the mission of the United Nations to help Iraq (UNAMI) and other topics .. and in the light of the recent progress made especially in the political arena in Iraq, we see the President of the Council that it provides an opportunity to enhance discussion of these issues at a high level.
