Deputy for Iraq: the draft budget will be returned to the Council of Ministers
The Deputy for Iraq, Monday, that the federal budget for 2011 will be returned to the Council of Ministers for the purpose of amendment.
The buxom Daini told the Kurdish news agency (AKnews) that "the draft federal budget for 2011 will be returned to the Council of Ministers to modify it, after reading the House of Representatives postponed due to not send the final accounts for the current year by the ministries."
And indicated that "the ministries should refrain from sending their final accounts, so we will demand the need for ministries to send their accounts for information and discussion so that we can agree on reading of the draft budget law."
