Government allocated 190 billion dinars to send missions to study abroad as part of directions aimed to improve the scientific reality.
According to the document outlining the basis and general principles of the general budget for the year 2011, it has been allocated 100 billion dinars for the Scholarship within the Prime Minister's initiative, in addition to 90 billion dinars supported under the budget of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the same purpose.
